Embody Your Vision - Spring 2023 Edition

Many times, we go through transitions and stages that leave us feeling the tension in our bodies. We are mentally ready for something different but we can't seem to find the ground to take the first step. Sometimes it's distractions and allowing the hours to slip away. Sometimes it's our brains are on all the time and we can't seem to quiet the chatter. 2022 was challenging for many, leaving us depleted or overwhelmed. Some of us were able to be in connection with our goals and simply want to keep connected to them as we move into a new season. 

This 1.5 hours together is intended to find the ground beneath you, literally. By being present in our bodies, we will be able to sense what we need so that we may bring about our biggest dreams that are waiting for us to manifest! Yes, we'll create our vision boards AND we will also speak our manifesting words out loud. We'll begin to bring our dreams into reality by embodying them through dance. 

Wear comfy clothes and shoes so you can create and move with ease. I will have the essential materials ready to create your vision boards but you are more than welcome to bring your own magazines, pens, and any other material/tool you would like to use.
