About the Event
Many times, we go through transitions and stages that leave us feeling the tension in our bodies. We are mentally ready for something different but we can't seem to find the ground to take the first step. Sometimes it's distractions and allowing the hours to slip away. Sometimes it's our brains are on all the time and we can't seem to quiet the chatter. 2022 was challenging for many, leaving us depleted or overwhelmed. Some of us were able to be in connection with our goals and simply want to keep connected to them as we move into a new season.
This 1.5 hours together is intended to find the ground beneath you, literally. By being present in our bodies, we will be able to sense what we need so that we may bring about our biggest dreams that are waiting for us to manifest! Yes, we'll create our vision…
