About the Event
My intention for this space is to co-create energy with you. We are all magical beings worthy of being witnessed in our authentic expression - the light and the shadows that make us the beautiful creations we are. We are worthy of belonging. We are worthy of living the life of our deepest desires. We are seductive and powerful.
If these sentences bring something up in you, possibly even some discomfort - this is my invitation to you to come and explore and eventually play.
Come dressed comfy to dance and to connect to the abundance that surrounds us. I encourage you to bring an object that represents a specific energy you are working through/with.
- The call is 1 hour long
- We set intentions in the beginning
- I give you a few prompts to carry with you into your dance
- I play a handful of songs
- You experience yourself, your body, and the community
